Self-esteem is a vital component of mental and emotional well-being. Body shape is a significant factor that affects our self-esteem, as many individuals associate their physical appearance with their sense of self-worth. How youth are getting conscious about their body? It is common for people to feel self-conscious about their body shape, whether they are too thin, too heavy, or simply not satisfied with their appearance. The media and societal norms often maintains unrealistic and unattainable beauty standards, leading many individuals to feel inadequate and insecure about their bodies.
