  In various parts of this globe, the biggest water dispute is not quantity, but quality. Manufacturing activity, farming, land management is not properly, lack of infrastructure for drainage issue, sea water disturbance and other natural and human activities may also lead to pollution at high level. This results that hazardous water resources around 660 million people without access to improved drinking water resources and the 2.4 billion people who lack access to improved sanitation, this quickly becomes a matter of life and death. Opportunist is someone who sees an opportunity and use it and make it according to their own advantage.
