As the summer sun blazes, it's essential to take extra precautions to protect children from heat-related illnesses like heatstroke. Young children are particularly vulnerable to heatstroke due to their smaller bodies and higher metabolic rates. Create a cool and comfortable environment by closing curtains or blinds to block out direct sunlight. Encourage indoor activities like reading, puzzles, or crafts to keep kids entertained while avoiding excessive heat exposure.
