A market is a composition of system, market is a place where people go for buy and sell things. Most markets rely on sellers offering their goods or services to buyers in exchange for money.

Markets allow any tradable item to be evaluated and price. A stock market, equity market or share market is the aggregation of buyers and sellers of stocks, which represent ownerships claims on businesses. 

These many may include securities listed on a public stock. Stocks are a function of capitalism and therefore the stock market.

The stock market broadly refers to the collection of exchanges and other venues where the buying, selling and issuance of shares of publicly held companies take place such. 



  The stock market is a regulated and controlled environment. In the United States, the main regulators include the market the market refers to Public Market that exist for issuing, buying and selling stocks that trade on a stock exchange or over the counter. 

There are three types of stocks that everyone needs to own:

  • Defensive Stocks 
  • Strategy or stock picking 
  • New Issues   
If the thought of investing of investing in the stock market scares you are not alone. A stock is a financial instrument that represents ownership in a company.
