This year, our college decided to make the festivities even more special by organizing a Satyanarayan Katha and a भव्य हवन.
The preparations for the Diwali fest began weeks in advance. The college was adorned with colorful rangoli, beautiful flowers , and vibrant lanterns. From decorating the venue to arranging for the necessary puja items, every detail was taken care of with utmost precision. The excitement among students and faculty members was palpable as the day approached.
On the day of the celebration, the college was beautifully lit up, and the air was filled with a sense of joy and anticipation. The festivities began with the Satyanarayan Katha.
Satyanarayan Katha: A Divine Tale:
Our college arranged a mesmerizing Satyanarayan Katha, where a learned and esteemed spiritual leader led us through the auspicious tale

After the Satyanarayan Katha, it was time for the भव्य हवन (grand fire ceremony).
भव्य हवन: Igniting the Divine Flame:
The havan kund, an elaborately decorated altar, was set up.
The air was filled with the enchanting aroma of ghee and incense, and the harmonious chants of mantras resonated throughout the campus, creating an ambiance of tranquility and spiritual bliss. Students and faculty members actively participated in the ritual, kindling the sacred fire with offerings and prayers. The भव्य हवन symbolized the illumination of our souls, purifying our thoughts, and invoking positivity and prosperity for ourselves and our college community.
