शिव भक्तों के लिए आज का दिन बेहद खास है। आज सोमवार 22 जुलाई, 2024 को सावन और शिव भक्ति का महीना शुरू हो रहा है। एक तरफ शिव भक्तों  की धूम और दूसरी तरफ कावड़ यात्रा शुरू हो चुकी है। ये महीना शिव भक्ति के लिए विशेष रूप से समर्पित है। इस बार सावन 19 अगस्त को समाप्त होगा। सावन का महीना बेहद शुभ और पवित्र मन जाता है, इस पुरे महीने लोग गौरी-शंकर की पूजा अर्चना करके व्यतीत करते हैं। इस बार सावन की शुरुआत सोमवार को हुई जिससे महत्व और भी बढ़ गया है। धार्मिक मान्यताओं के अनुसार, सावन सोमवार व्रत करने से भक्तों की सभी मनोकामनाएं पूरी होती हैं। सुख-समृद्धि में बढ़ोतरी होती है। चलिए सावन माह का महत्व जानते है।  सावन माह का क्या महत्व है ?  शिव पुराण के रूद्र संहिता, खंड 4, अध्याय 22 के अनुसार भगवान् विष्णु के योग निद्रा में चले जाते हैं तब महादेव ही सृष्टि का पालन करते हैं। इस वक़्त महादेव पृथ्वी पर वास कर अपने भक्तो के दुःख कष्ट दूर कर सुख समृद्धि देते हैं।  विद्येश्वर संहिता के अध्याय 22 के अनुसार मारकण्डेय ऋषि ने लंबी आयु के लिए सावन माह में ही घोर तप कर शिव जी की कृपा प्राप्त की...
