Want to switch to vegan from non-vegan?


Your body will be thankful to you and nature will be too.
Eating not so cute pigs or helpless cows, hens, cocks, fishes and many more will not lead to a peaceful life and a long life.

People having interest in non vegan diets must once see how thier dainty food is prepared,from slaughter houses to thier plate.





Having a vegan diet is not harmful but full of benefits.According to a study published in April 2019, in the Journal of nutrition found that following a vegan diet may offer you with a turn on to health benefits such as lowering markers for diseases including certain type of Cancer, type-2 diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure.

In one more survey, vegans were found to have low BMI compared to non-vegan.
They were also found to have lower saturated fatty acid than non-vegan.

Vegan diet often called "plant-based diet", are highly found in fruits, vegetables, whole grain and fiber.
People doing body building often have myth saying that we can't find the adequate amount and exact nutrients or vitamins in vegan diet but busting to the myth, it is absolutely false.

Soyabean, tofu, broccoli, lentils, chickpeas, green peas and lot more vegan things are rich and diet.
Purchasing a good cook book will show you the way to cook a luscious food.

Consider a dietician if you  willing to know what your body needs and then have the right diet.
