Triggers, Patience, Strength are the three Major Components of motivation.

time because some achievements take time.
All of us have experience fluctuations
in our will power and motivation. Sometimes, we might feel highly fired and
charged to reach our goals while on the other side you might feel low and
unsure of what you actually want to achieve in your life.
We should start working on improvements
in those areas, where you feel insecure. So that you feel more capable and
confident at your work.
Remind yourself what you have achieved
in your past and on the basis of which strength you have achieved them. If you are
planning to achieve something which is too big or will took more time then
split your working roles into two parts and try to focus on the first part.
Motivation is not about just activate
the person but also to maintain these goals directed towards actions. There is
some energy lies behind the motivation, which speed up as we start act getting
on for our goals.
It improves
the abilities of people as they work towards their goals. It gives strength
people in taking actions. Encourage people to engage in health-oriented behaviors.
Help people feel confident as they can control their lives. It improves overall
well-being and happiness. It is not necessary that the plan which work out for
others goal, will also fit towards achieving your goals. Start looking for
other things, which will work out for your goals. Start focusing on activities
