A better life through bad Experiences

All of us have experienced a lot of bad things in the past. And we started thinking that almost everything is negative around us, it’s in how you view the experiences. You can see the positive sides in negative situation. I think the best way to enjoy life is to face the worst, go into a situation and deal with unpleasant memories. It is all about maintaining a positive mindset.

The sun still rise and set, whether you sit in the park for the whole day or kept running and reach at some point. So,it is up to you. You can wake up again to reach your destination.


Learn From your bad experiences

Every bad experience is a chance to correct things in future and make sure you develop yourself in a positive manner. Start trying to see your worst time as invaluable experience for the future. You can always learn something new and exciting from your previous bad experiences which help you in dealing with the new comer problems in future.


To regret over your past is useless and pointless

Everyone had to go through a process. No matter who you are, you have to go through these experiences and face similar emotional issues, although you have already experienced all these before. Exercise, meditation, family members and friends can help you but at the end, you are the only one, who have to fight with the situation and gone through this process.

Since we don’t have any choices, then just keep going and start focus on the positives in our life. We all should leave the past and start preparing for the new opportunities. Sometimes just a single thought can get you out of this and at your own feet. We should be happy about our abilities to deal with the problems and freedom of thoughts.Behave differently: Stop looking for a person to blame.






What happened, happened

Just accept the situation and move ahead to work upon for the solution. Deal with the biggest problem first of all. The biggest problem in most of us is to deal with our anger. Anger pushes the solution of your problems out of sight. Meditation and exercise helps you to calm down.


Start developing new skills

When your brain shifted over to do something new such as reading books, listening music, the number of unwanred thoughts in your head are gradually reduced to zero.
