You can also make the potential to put some humor in your speech, remember people wanted to ran away from the boring speech; they will start enjoying in the environment where they get some laughter also. Some humor in your speech can made you connect with your audience. To create a connection with your audience is really important. Sometimes personal Stories can easily build this connection and your audience will able to know you as a person.
