How Your Thoughts Become Your Reality

The conclusions which you make about yourself and your capabilities will decide your hard work and the results. The way you think about yourself  will decide your steps and achievements. If you are thinking something negative or wrong about yourself, it will automatically limit your potential.

Most of us does not evaluate the way of thinking. This is one of the reality that your mind is very powerful that it can influence your ways of doing things by just thinking about them. Many people doesn’t even realize this and this is very normal because who think about how to think?



Your thoughts are a motivation for the continuous and never ending thinking process. Your thoughts directly influences your feelings and behavior. So, if you think that you are a failure, you will feel like a failure, you will start act like a failure which encourages your belief that you must be a failure.

There is a strong connection between thoughts, feeling and behavior. Sometimes people used to say that I am not good enough to achieve success in my career. That assumption leads him to feel discouraged which causes him to put in less effort. That lack of effort prevents her from getting a promotion. I am sure that you have experienced these things many times. One day, my friend says, I am self- conscious specially in crowded place. At these places i became nervous and forget everything. When she goes to social gathering, she used to sit in the corner seat by herself. When no one speaks to her, it reinforces her belief that she must be socially awkward.

Your beliefs get strengthen with your thought process. Person who develops the belief that he’s a failure, that person will start view each mistake as proof that he’s not good enough. When he doesn’t succeed at something, he’ll put the blame on his luck. Once you draw a conclusion about yourself, you’re likely to do two things; look for evidence that motivates your belief and ignored everything that runs opposite to your belief.

Start challenge your own beliefs, if  you think that you are not good enough to be a part of  the seminar then work on things which will help you feel worthy. Creating a more positive thoughts can lead you to better outcomes. It increases your chances of a successful results.
