NATURE AT PRIORITY

 Time which we spent mindfully engaging with nature is very effective. It helps us for reducing stress, boosting our creativity and improving our memory also. Today many of us are suffering from nature-deficit disorder which reduced our awareness and ability to find out the meaning in life around us. Today we have very limited free space or natural areas where we can go and explore. Children have no opportunity to go out and play freely in the ground which is full of grasses and greenery . They doesn’t have the access to feel and explore nature closely.




We need to understand 
this, Conservation is no longer enough to protect our natural environment. It is important to create natural habitats in our cities, yards, our roofs and restore them. We need to create our own definition of nature needs. Through our interactions with nature we cultivate care, kindness and compassion for the world around us which naturally boosts our own happiness. When we engaged with nature, we naturally develop emotional connections with life that motivate us to care for our local environments and develop a kinship with all living things. Our contact with the natural world has improved our mental and physical health by increasing immune system, reducing stress and supporting our body’s natural healing process.

Our next generation cannot grow to love nature if they do not experience it. We all need to prioritize that our next generation must get the opportunity to experience the beauty and real meaning of nature. The destruction of nature is assured without our reconnection with it. All the benefits from nature which we all are experiencing will be irrelevant if we continue to destroy the nature.

We need to rethink and find ways to let nature balance our lives. It is very important for human to create opportunities everyday to reconnect with nature, if we want to protect our environment.
