ABCD we all know about this movie. here ABCD is anybody can dance it means you don't need to be perfectionist in your body moves to do dance .important thing is how you enjoying yourself while dancing.
It is the best therapy of our mind through which we can relax. the dance of world is full of art of our beautiful world. you should dance like no one watching you and if you can't dance well just need to get up and dance because nobody cares,no need to let yourself down.
Dance and the movement therapy of our body consisted of music easy exercise provide treatment for the depression of low rates.
In our country,a diverse vast country in different form of dances are dancing according to their regional status and level in spite of all dance restricted the external barriers at the national and international level and makes the people all along the line together and be happy together.
Dance are practices in all over world in different types of their traditions and style. the dance is also playing a important role in the form of education.
Dance as therapy work with people in therapy to help them improve their body image. a number of studies have shown that dance is an effective therapy in improving mood. enhancing social interactions boosting our self confidence as well as improving our physical activity. As we know depression is a common but serious mood disorder nd it causes very serious problems with our body. We all are limited our review to health related .since the effects of dance helps on decrease of depression because the dance is the only simple and entertaining support for those who are fighting with their self. Dance can fill that empty time and place with a fun activity that not offers only physical benefits not in depression also in emotional and social ones as well. dance always improve your heart health overall muscle strength,balance and coordination and most important it helps us to reduce stress. If we really want to boost our mental health then we should dance it doesn't matter we are perfect or not perfect in dancing.

DANCE IS THE HIDDEN LANGUAGE OF OUR SOUL.
