HOW TO DEAL WITH EXAM STRESS
There are thousands of students who suffer from anxiety & depression due to exams stress one of the main reason for this is lack of proper advice on dealing with stress.
· SET REALISTIC GOALS
If you don’t set a realistic goal then it becomes difficult for you to achieve that goal and if u doesn’t achieve that goal then it becomes one of the reasons for stress among students. Students set unrealistic goals especially when it exams are near they decide to study many chapters and when they are not able to do so they get stressed, so always set realistic goals.
· TALK TO SOMEONE IF YOU FEEL STRESSED
There are many times when you feel stressed due to the burden of studies so when you feel stressed talk to your friend & family member or any one feels talking to. Talking to someone helps you relieve and does making you feel good also make sure you only reach out to supportive people thus there are many people who will de-motivate and as a result you will get more stressed also according to a research loneliness is as lethal as smoking 15 cigarettes per day also many people who stay alone are likely to die prematurely.
· EAT, SLEEP & EXERCISE WELL
Good food, proper rest and regular exercise are some of the most important things that will help you live a happy and healthy life. You must have read this thing that ‘you are what you eat’ which highlights the importance of eating well. Sleep also places a very important in the growth of human mind and body when you exercise regularly the body releases a chemical called endorphins. Endorphins trigger positive feelings in the body making us feel good.
· DO DEEP BREATHING EXERCISESScience has proven that deep breathing exercises reduce your cortisol levels. Cortisol is the chemical that is responsible for your stress levels which means if the cholesterol level increases then you may get more stressed breathing exercises helps you relax your brain. Deep breathing is one of the best exercises to reduce your stress so when you breathe deeply it sends a message to your brain to calm down and relax, so this will help you especially during your exams when the stress level high as it is.

DON’T MULTITASK
Just before the exams many students try studying multiple subjects or multiple concepts or complete their assignments and study simultaneously. But this is not a wise thing to do since multitasking results in multiple negative effect like excessive stress, mental issue, sleeping issues also multitasking reduce the overall performance of a person so if you think multitasking can help you to complete multiple tasks then my friend you are wrong so focus on one task at time and once you completed and then start the other task.

help you study peacefully and ultimately achieve good marks in the exams.
