Sometimes we are so much engaged with our work that we don't take proper sleep. Do we know its adverse effects on our health? If you think that some hours of sleep is enough for your health so STOP. You are wrong. American research has claimed that if you are not taking proper sleep your nature will be more towards the aggression. Yes less sleep leads to the more anger which is definitely very bad for your health.
Researchers have said that even if you lack even by two hours it is dangerous.This will make you feel irritated. Less sleep increases your worries and tensions, it will make a gap with happiness and enthusiasm.
Not only this less sleep can even cause cancer. Yes you heard it right . Cancer which is very difficult to survive from is caused by less sleep. 400 lakhs people are suffering from sleep disorder in America.
Proper sleep will make us a positive person with positive mind and of course healthy. We all know healthy body and mind gives healthy and positive results .
Less sleep is also caused by the excess use of Mobile or electronic gadgets. So, try not to become mobile addicted. Every time we have this confusion that our phone is ringing or somebody has texted me. It is also the disorder which cause sleepless nights.
So try to become more positive with power yoga,dance, Music etc..
