WHY TO WORRY

Today when we look back we all have this thought in mind " I wish i would have worried less. We come to the conclusion that it was worthless. What it can cost is -poor health,mental problems, tensions and so many other problems as well. 

If worrying has so much drawbacks then why do we worry. Our future is uncertain. We do not have any idea what is going to happen in the future still we think about it and get tensed. We know very well tension will lead to so many other problems then why do we get so worried.

Sometimes we have this thought in mind if i get worried i will never have a bad surprise but if i am happy what will happen if i get bad news. Some people also try to act as if they care while worrying.Try to find a solution instead of discussing the problem again and again.

But here the problem is how we can stop worrying?

First of all, do exercise on regular basis as it cools your mental situation.
Take Yoga class as it will increase your stamina and you will not get so hyper on each situation.
Whenever you are tensed try to breathe in deeply.It will help you to control the things.

Remember if you have worries, can you do something about it. If Yes then why to worry, and if you cannot do anything then why to worry?
