SUGAR- WHITE POISON 


In this busy schedule we all rely on quick processed food but do we know by doing this how much is the sugar intake. This added sugar intake will have harmful effect on our health as sugar is also called the white poison.

Sugar intake can cause gain in our weight . We all love to eat cake, pastry etc but theses beverages has a lot of extra calorie which will result in the obesity and we all know once the weight is being gained it takes so much extra efforts to reduce it.

Extra intake of sugar can also cause the risk of Diabetes. However sugar directly does not cause Diabetes but obesity cause the strongest link with diabetes.

A healthy diet will allow you to live healthy life but excessive sugar intake can cause the risk of depression. Studies show that extra sugar intake swings our neurotransmitter and adverse effect on our mental health.

The main problem with today's youth is that they are always exhausted but they don't know the actual reason behind this. Though they have eaten their food but don't know that calorie they have taken has no protein that is why we never feel enthusiastic. So, basically it drains the energy.

Try to reduce the intake of sugar if you want a healthy life. Try to eat natural products like fruits or fresh juice etc. Milk or curd without sugar will also help you to live a healthy life.
