DARK SPOTS IN DELHI

 To decrease the haunting crime against the women, to make Delhi more safe for girls in Delhi, Delhi Govt. has planned to install the new LED Lights across the city with in few days.

 By the end of January, 50000 new street lights will be installed across Delhi and full installation work of 2.10 lakh will be completed within four months.

 We will install as many street lights as needed to make sure that women in Delhi are safe, Delhi CM Mr. Kejriwal said this.

The state govt has devised a system where the installed street will obtain power from the household connection of building owners. The amount levied on the units consumed by street lights will be deducted and paid by the Delhi Govt. These street lights will be automatically controlled with a cloud based sensor.

This scheme comes under Mukhyamantri Scheme. The Delhi govt's scheme bypasses the role of MCD and provides a solution to the problems face in dark areas. Delhi CM is hopeful that people will come in the support of it.
Steps taken by the govt. is appreciable but how much this scheme is effected for women, will the crime rate against women will drop in the coming time, soon will get to know.

HIMCOM Managing Director Mr. Syed Masood shared his opinion with Dainik Jagran what he has to say about the scheme.
