Nepal is facing a major natural disaster after devastating flash floods struck areas near the Nepal–Tibet border. The Rasuwa district has been among the worst affected, with floodwaters causing widespread destruction to roads, bridges, buildings and other infrastructure. The disaster has also raised serious concern in India, as more than 100 Indian nationals have been reported missing.
