CREATE POSITIVE VIBES
The COVID-19 pandemic is a challenging situation for all of us. It took our lives to the sudden changes the way we are living today. It stops our normal daily routine lifestyle. This kind of lifestyle brings negativity in every individual’s mind which is very harmful for the human body. So, to avoid these negative vibes we should include some positive things in our life. Stay positive is helpful for everyone especially during this pandemic situation. You will start feeling that all amazing things and opportunities are coming your way, when you began to shift your mindset. Follow few steps:
Always use Positive words:
Our way of communication affects the energy we passes to others. You should include words like happy, secure, solution, grateful, love etc will create positive vibes inside and outside.
Keep Smiling :
Smile is a small gesture that can make a big difference. You will start feeling better when you met someone for the first time and that person having a smile on his face. You become friendlier, which will attract the positive energy you want.
Start living each moment of your life: because distractions prevent us from living in moment . Give your precious time to the deserving person in your life.Who really needs you during this difficult time. Put your phone away or disturbing elements when you spending time with your family.
Separate Fact and Thought in your mind: Always remember that fact and thought are two different things. Don’t mix them and create doubts and misunderstanding in mind. A fact is i had a difficult conversation with my child. And the thought is the child thinks differently of me now. Focusing on the facts helps keep things in perspective and prevents you from creating those negative thoughts.
Make yourself a priority: When you are feeling down, recognize and honor your thoughts. Be kind to yourself. Just do your favorite things which compassionate you. Look after yourself, make an effort again and again to avoid negative thoughts.
Work for good posture: Your posture is an excellent non-verbal indication of how you feel about yourself. The way you stand or sit, send signals to others.
Appreciate people: giving compliments to someone makes them and you feel good. We all deserve these feelings. Start acknowledging when someone does something you admire and compliment them to create an instant boost in your mind.
