Regular exercise is essential for everyone in normal situation. However exercise is crucial especially during this covid-19 Pandemic. Exercise is important for well being during pandemic because it can reduce stress, boost the immune system, prevent weight gain and improve sleep.

To reduce the spread of COVID-19, few measures are taken, these are causing changes in everyday schedule are disrupting workout routines for all of us. By doing exercising with family, getting outdoors, setting exercise goals, using online fitness resources, doing calorie-burning chores, you can safely engage in physical activity.

 

Although it might be tempting to skip your workout during these challenging times, undoubtedly exercise is crucial to your physical health and mental well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you are working from home, you may find that you are sitting for more extended periods and changes in your daily routine may make it more challenging to find time to exercise.

Start Challenge yourself by set an exercise goal such as doing yoga six days in a week on a regular basis and make a plan to toward achieving it. Start working calorie-burning chores such as working in the garden, washing the car, cleaning the floor etc. Although it may take some more efforts to create and adjust in your new fitness routines but regular physical activity can help you optimize your health and well-being during this pandemic condition.
