 On World Health Day, follow all precautions needed to fight against Covid-19 and stay fit.

The ability of your body functioning well is Health. You just need to maintain good health, everything will fall into place automatically. Today, good health can be maintained only by following lot of factors. It includes fresh air to breath, various kind of people you choose to be with for spending your time. A person cannot be completely healthy, if one of them component is missing. 





Health has a lot of components that are equally important. You can have a longer life span by having good physical health. In the absence of any kind of disease only, you can be physically fit. You can maintain your physical health by having a balanced diet. Take a food having all essential nutrients in appropriate quantities. 

You must Exercise daily. Don’t skip exercise from your daily routine. Stop consuming junk food. Avoid smoke or drink as they have serious harmful impact on our health. Try to take sleep regularly as essential for a good health instead of using cell phones. Mental health impact the feeling and emotions of a person. To handle the various situations, we must do meditation to maintain our health by being positive and stay fit.
