Depression condition

Scene 1
Me: Mom I'm having fever. I'm not feeling well
Mom: let's go to the doctor

Scene 2
Me: Mom I'm suffering from depression 
Mom: stop making excuses for your miserable life. 



It is really necessary we start taking mental health seriously as our physical health. There is clearly no health without mental health. Mental health includes psychological, emotional and social well being. It plays the role in our decision making process, how to deal with life, how to have control over our feelings and how to treat ourselves better. 
It is more important to be happy than to be successful. Happiness doesn't come from being succesful but by finding our inner peace. We all must find the peace within. It is also necessary for us to share our problems with someone whom we are close to. Reaching out to someone does wonders and being there for someone in their tough times is what we call humanity. 
If you can be anything in the world, choose to be kind. We never know what someone is going through so treating everyone kindly should always be what we must be doing. 

Some of the most common and frequently 
reported mental illnesses include depression and bipolar disorders, anxiety, schizophrenia, dementia, and eating disorders.

Some of the early signs you are dealing with mental health includes abnormal eating or sleeping patterns, severe mood swings, pannic attacks, anger issues, feeling of self hopelessness, feeling confused, forgetful, angry, nervous, or on edge, inability to do daily tasks, thoughts of self harm, decrease in energy, maintaining no contact with people and social activities and the list goes on.

If you see such signs in yourself or others do help them. Consult to a friend or a doctor. Start adding mental health exercises such as meditation in your daily routine. Be kind to yourself and others. 
Always remember you are not alone in this.
Never lose hope.
Everyone is special and unique.
