Each one of you is strong, valuable and incredible. You are no less than any man and there's no doubt that "Men and Women are equal". We as women need to fight for our equal rights without misusing any. This day is a reminder that so much more needs to be done for numerous number of women whose voice is still unheard and who are not given the freedom to showcase their full potential. From the one who still struggles to the one who brought in the revolution, let us take a bow. Each women is a source of inspiration be it a working lady or a house wife, a mother or a sister, a teacher or a friend or a daughter. Each one needs to be valued and treated with full respect.
The reason why women needed recognition was due to the multiple obstacles they had to face in various spheres of life. Women and girls continue to be undervalued; they work more and earn less and have fewer choices and experience multiple forms of violence at home and in public places.

As of now there have been a lot of changes yet not a single country can claim to have achieved gender equality. Hence just don't celebrate Women's day for the sake of it. Feel the need and the occasion to make every women out there feel blessed.

Let all important women in your life know that they hold an important and unique position in your life and heart. Let them know and feel that they are special, this Women’s Day!
