Fit or Unfit

So, there are two types of people. First, unfit : many people choose to be careless about what they do, what they eat, and even the thought of excercise is just they can't handle.
Second, fit ones : they are very conscious about their food, their environment and specially their excercise schedule.





But we all have to agree that if we have to live a good and healthy life than we don't have to misguided information on fitness.
We just have to look out all the do's and don'ts to be fit and fine.

Whether you want to lose weight or gain some weight or you just want to be fit. You should strictly follow the routine that you made it or someone guided you.

Your fitness indicates your personality. When you meet someone they see all of your body postures, the way you stand , you communicate, and your well being.
Excercise regularly is the most important thing you can do for your health. Excercise doesn't make you fit only, but also control your mood swings, improves your sleep, make your appetite better than before and most importantly it reduces the risk of many diseases like heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, and depression also.
All of the age groups can do excercise adults, children , pregnant women and old age people also. Excercise gives you more strength and boost your stamina.
But there is a very important point that you should consult a doctor or a physical trainer for your excercise plan. There are different type of excercises for every person and for every age group.

*fitness doesn't only make you feel good but also it makes you look good*
